The 12 Days of Christmas Food


I have taken the liberty of putting together a collection of 12 recipes that will see you through the festive season. As anyone who reads my blog would know, I always try to share recipes that are simple to make and yet deliver the best possible results. So, for your convenience, I present the 12 Days of Christmas of Food…

  4. Rudolph Cupcakes – These are just the cutest things you’ve ever seen. Easy to make and great for schools or kids Christmas parties.
  5. Melting Moments – These have become family favourites in my house and are another great gift idea at Christmas for teachers, colleagues and friends.
  6. The Perfect Marinade – Roast some chicken wings in this marinade for best-ever finger food. Sweet, tangy and if you add the right amount of chilli the best spicy sauce you’ve ever tried.
  7. No-Bake Pistachio Chocolate Slice – This is a very rich and decadent slice, perfect for the holidays.
  8. Savoury Spiced Nuts – I make these every Christmas, great to have with drinks or when people pop in.
  9. Maple Spiced Walnuts – These nuts are lovely and so easy to make, a great alternative to the classic sugared almonds.
  10. Maple Syrup Honeycomb – A very popular recipe, this is another great recipe for this time of year.
  11. Bailey’s Fruit Dip – Perfect for Christmas in the hotter parts of the world, when dipping fruits are still in season.
  12. Festive Christmas Tart – You have to try this. It’s so buttery and fruity and you can taste the rum. Heaven.
